Keto Biscuits With Ham & Cheddar

Ok below is the video for my keto biscuits with ham and cheddar. This is one of my first videos that I made so the quality is not so hot and I apologize for that. Hopefully, some day I can remake this for all of you !!! As for the recipe its divine !!! In fact I can not make these too often because my family likes them so much that they can't stop at eating one or two.

Ham and Cheddar Biscuits With Minced Green Onion Whoot Whoot !!!!

Ok I don't care what diet you are on or if you hate diets no matter your going to love these biscuits. They are delicious by themselves with just a little hot butter added or you can make them into sandwiches like I did in the video. Bacon and Egg sandwiches to be specific. Whats miraculous is that these are the types of recipes my family has been using to lose weight!!! I still can't believe it.

KETO BISCUITS

3 cups Blanched Almond Flour

4 tsp. baking powder

2 tsp. onion powder

2 - 3 tsp. Lawry's Garlic Salt - You may want more or less depending on how salty the brand of ham you use is.

1/2 cup sour cream

4 eggs

2 Tbsp. butter

1 cup chopped ham

1 cup cheddar cheese - shredded with a large shred

6 green onions, minced

black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 F Melt your butter and add all the seasonings ( garlic salt, black pepper and onion powder). I only did the garlic salt in the video but upon making subsequent orders for these biscuits from my family I put all three seasonings in and liked the results better!!! Allow this to sit while you prepare the remaining ingredients. Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl and then combine the two. I made this into 11 large biscuits because I wanted to turn them into sandwiches, but you can make them as big or small as you want. I baked them at 400 F and it took approximately 30 minutes. Now the time will be different for you depending on mainly how big you make the biscuits. Keep an eye on them and as soon as they are golden brown go ahead and pull them out....slather with butter and enjoy!!!!
